Where the Legend Sleeps break off farm

I need the breakoffs from "Where the Legend Sleeps" to mass produce Blade of Ykesha: the Nhility and get my expertise level to 200 and I'm looking for other people who can boat with me. I just want other people to do the battle quest with me since finding a boat that is doing it is hard so anyone who participates can keep all the Flicker's Blades they find for themselves. I plan on doing these runs until I get 12 or so blades and if you want to join please post the times you are available(you obviously have to be able to do the battle quest if you want to join. Its a lvl 40 hidden quest).

I am able to, I CAN'T do it from now(10:26AM) to whenever I get done eating and my chores and I also CAN'T do it from 2:00PM to 3:00PM.

So that means I can do any other time! I am a lvl41 Dark Knight since yesterday and also I have not been able to level up my proficiency for my Armor Smithing for some reason I crafted 40 Fine Leather and it said I was able to get proficiency from them but it never gave me any :/

Never mind. Somehow I managed to find random people to do the boat despite how unpopular it is.

lol, ok. Oh and I have school now so I am really not available for those times anymore...
